You will be required

Of course some payments
will become past due or delinquent. In these cases you will be charged
1% per month on the overdue balance until collected and settled.

Corporation. Iowa's electronic commerce laws allow Layeway.com to have
jurisdiction in the Iowa Courts not on your home field.
Layman's terms. You
will find yourself in the Iowa Court system in a heartbeat if you attempt
to fraudulently transact business with Layeway.com or default on your
part of the contract. In cases of fraud Layeway.com will use ever available
tool to receive the compensation due. This includes prosecution in the
Iowa Courts for criminal violations.
I should not even have
to talk of these issues. BUT you are out there and should be advised on
how Layeway.com deals with these matters and those kinds of people.
